On December 30, 2011, our parent company, Petropar, completed the acquisition of Fiberweb's European and Asian hygiene businesses and Fiberweb's 50% share of the FitesaFiberweb joint venture in the Americas.
The combination of Fiberweb's hygiene assets and FitesaFiberweb, which will be called Fitesa, forms one of the largest global nonwovens businesses to serve the needs of our global and regional customers.
